National Hydrogen Congress

The Climate Agreement aims to reduce COâ‚‚ emissions by 49% in 2030 compared to 1990. In order to achieve the ambition of 500 MW of electrolyser capacity in 2025 and 3 to 4 GW in 2030, it is crucial to generate sustainable hydrogen and use it on a large scale. Good cooperation between the public and private sectors is essential for this. While the Netherlands seems suitable for a transition to hydrogen, the figures clearly show that we are only at the beginning of the development of green hydrogen.

Scale up and innovate

Would you also rather take the next steps in this transition yesterday than today and learn from and with fellow hydrogen experts? And do you want to know how you can effectively contribute to scaling up and innovating hydrogen applications from your role? Then come to the National Hydrogen Congress!

During the National Hydrogen Congress, Connecting, Accelerating and Strengthening are central. There is ample opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities within the hydrogen transition. Existing example projects are zoomed in on and effective follow-up steps are brainstormed. With the goal: Together in the highest gear towards a sustainable energy supply!

The main topics covered:

  • What opportunities does hydrogen offer for different sectors?
  • How can the generation and use of hydrogen be made feasible and affordable?
  • How can the public and private sectors collaborate optimally?
  • What are the opportunities for scaling up? And who will play which role in this?
  • Where are the risks?
  • The available tools for accelerating sustainability.
  • What are the biggest technical challenges?
