In order to achieve a good connection between education and the labor market in the hydrogen transition, GroenvermogenNL has drawn up a vision, ambition and approach: the Human Capital Agenda (HCA). This knowledge session will delve deeper into this theme from the Hydrogen Roadmap.
Without sufficient qualified personnel, the upscaling of hydrogen in the Netherlands will not get off the ground on the scale we would like to see. It is therefore necessary to invest heavily in training people who can, for example, build electrolysers and installations, who know how to transport hydrogen safely, who can install transport pipelines and who know how a fuel cell works optimally. There are still too few of these people. GroenvermogenNL's HCA program focuses on preventing human capital from slowing down the hydrogen transition.
This knowledge session is organised by the National Hydrogen Programme and is intended for people from the hydrogen sector who are interested in cooperation between education, business, government and knowledge institutions.
The following topics will be covered:
• The HCA for hydrogen – Marsha Wagner (GroenvermogenNL)
• Narrative about HCA in the hydrogen transition – Andreas Ligtvoet (TU Delft)
• The regional practice – Jan-Jaap Aué (EnTranCe)
• Entrepreneur speaks – Rens Hamelink (Smart Delta Resources)
